Our Mission

We bring together expat women seeking clarity in their career path to engage in meaningful knowledge webinars, Q&A sessions and networking events, so that we can gain confidence in our professional journeys and connect with like-minded women globally.

Why femlinq exists?

Women still face significant challenges and obstacles in both public and professional life, ranging from pay inequality and limited opportunities for career progression to a lack of professional and personal support.

For expat women, these barriers are even greater. Alongside these universal struggles, we must navigate the complexities of integrating into foreign institutions, cultures, and businesses. Even after naturalisation, disparities in opportunities persist, making advancement and access to senior positions and higher roles particularly challenging.

I met thousands of expat women around the globe who are facing challenges, and I saw a critical need for dedicated support to help expat women thrive.

Interactive Online Knowledge Sessions (1 session per month, 12 sessions per year): Participate in our monthly interactive virtual session designed to help you gain clarity on your career path. Engage with expert speakers, meet and exchange ideas with like-minded women from across the globe. Our webinars include breakout sessions and interactive discussions that promote meaningful connections and broaden your professional network.
Virtual "Ask me anything Q&A" (1 session per month, 12 sessions per year): Join our live monthly sessions where you can connect with experienced expat women who have navigated similar career and life transitions. Bring your career question and receive personalised answer - or join us just for a virtual cup of tea or coffee. This opportunity fosters growth and builds confidence in making informed career and life decisions.

Please note that all our online events are mostly happening on Friday's between 12:00-13:00 CET.
